Twelve of SUWPC’s finest ladies rocked up to Jubilee ready for their first home match of the season and the second half of the double header. After strategically acquiring Canoe Polo’s pool time, spirits were high, supporters were cheering, and the squad was locked in.
With the men’s match finished and the pool very much still available, all Cardiff Met had to do was to show up. Unfortunately, instead of arriving at Jubilee, they found themselves locked in an intense tactical battle with the M4 traffic.
Despite our preparation and warm-ups remaining immaculate, Cardiff Met never made it out of traffic and the match was awarded as a walkover.
A dominant home performance, marked by excellent preparation and zero defensive errors.
MVP: The M4 — successfully shut down Cardiff’s entire attacking lineup without conceding a single goal.
Dick of the Day:
Also the M4 successfully shutting down the entire match
